Evropská integrace a suverenita Státu : příklad Itálie (Integrazione europea e sovranità dello Stato : il caso dell’Italia)

The article is devoted to the issue of the impact of integration and membership in the integration structures on state's sovereignty. Author discusses the elements of integration that intervene in the sovereignty and elements which on the contrary preserve and protect sovereignty. Particular attention is paid to the attitudes of constitutional courts. The analytical part of the text examines the problem on the example of Italy.
