The authors describe the clinical and evolutive features of 30 little girls affected by lichen sclerosus et atrophicus. A series of laboratory investigations were performed: in particular the finding of a positive titer of antibodies to Borrelia Burgdorferi in a group of the patients is reported. Treatment with oral penicilline resulted in a good response in some cases.
