Monitoring udder health in dairy farms with economic loss due to clinical and subclinical mastitis is possible using data available to farmers. If properly analyzed, these data help making an exact history and diagnosis of herd's problems. The use of softwares such as Dairy Comp facilitates the calculation of indexes, the production of graphs and action lists, and the analysis of milking parlor data. Achievable goals can be set in order to reach the right solution to udder health problems.
